SHIPPING TIMES

Our shipping times are as follows:

• Athens: 2-3 days

• Rest of Greece: 2-5 days

• International Shipments (EU countries): Varied, depending on the location Please note that these timeframes are approximate and subject to change. We utilize DHL Express for international orders.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the combined weight of your selected products. For orders up to 2 KG, the shipping cost is 5.00 €. Orders exceeding 2 KG will incur an additional cost of 1.50 € per 1 KG. International orders may have extra costs, which will be displayed during checkout.

RETURNS

Upon receiving your order, we strongly recommend inspecting the products and accompanying invoice/receipt. In the event of any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours. For incorrect or faulty product execution, you have 14 days to notify us, and we will exchange the items at no additional charge.

If you wish to exchange a product within the first 14 days, the following conditions apply:

• The products must be in pristine condition, with their original packaging and all accompanying items (spare parts, instruction leaflets, etc.).

• The client is responsible for covering the shipping cost for the return, except in cases of faulty or incorrectly executed products by our team.

• The returned product will be inspected, and exchanges may be refused if the items are not in satisfactory condition or if any components are missing.

Please note all sales are final, and if you wish to exchange a product it must be due to reasons stated above, as we will only exchange it for the same item.
